  • Negotiation of 85,000 square foot lease with Apple Computer for Office development at Stevens Creek and DeAnza in Cupertino.
  • Negotiation of 50,000 square foot lease with Digital Equipment (subsequently Compaq computer, Hewlett Packard).
  • Assemblage of parcels in downtown Palo Alto for the construction of a 50,000 square foot office building at Waverley and Lytton.
  • Brokered lease for relocation of headquarters for Regis McKenna
